Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: ACFTL professional services 1001 North Fairfax Street Suite 200 Alexandria, Virginia 22314-1587 This is a new requirement for ACFTL certified Oral Proficiency Interviews at West Point U.S Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 611710, Educational support services with a size standard of $12 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
