The Federal Government now requires all vendors to complete (fill in) the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. Proposals will not be accepted unless I receive a completed and signed / dated SF1449 to go with your own company quote (no exceptions). The SF1449 must be completed as follows: PAGE 1: Block 12, 17a, and *24 (*Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract) PAGE 1: Block 30 a / b / c (***must be SIGNED/DATED; can't accept quote w/o signature***) PAGE 20 through 22: All the Unit Prices, Overall Amount for each individual Line Item (a total of 5) PAGE 32: Clause# 52.204-26 (fill in applicable slots) PAGE 33 through 49: Clause# 52.212-3 (fill in applicable slots) RFQ is considered "completed".
