The United States Military Academy (USMA), Department of Public Affairs and Communications, VI/Multimedia Division at West Point, New York has a requirement as listed in the attached Solicitation# W911SD24R0038. The Federal Government now requires all vendors to complete (fill in) the Solicitation (SF1449) with all offers. Proposals will not be accepted unless a completed and signed / dated SF1449 is received. The SF1449 must be completed as follows: PAGE 1: Block 12, 17a, and *24 (*Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract) PAGE 1: Block 30 a / b / c (***must be SIGNED/DATED; can't accept quote w/o signature***) PAGE 19 through 21: Please read it for Instructions and Evaluation Criteria PAGE 21: All the Unit Prices, Overall Amount , for each individual Line Item (a total of 1) PAGE 28: Clause# 52.204-26 (fill in applicable slots) Completion and submittal of the SF1449 is mandatory in order for your proposal to be considered (no exceptions). NOTE 1: This solicitation is full and open competition. NOTE 2: Your proposal must reflect the EXACT specifications and details listed on the SF1449 (no exceptions). Failure to meet this requirement will be considered as "Non-Responsive" and you will not be considered for this solicitation. The SF1449 must be completed and attached with any quoted offers.
