The estimated period of performance is 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2024. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 513120 – Periodical Publishers, with a size standard of 1,000 employees and FSC/PSC of U099. - In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. - Please verify that both your Entity Unique Identifier, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).
