A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query and no solicitation document exists for the request. This SSN is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SSN. All information received in response to this SSN that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point, NY is interest in the items listed below: MFR: Tiger Tug P/N#: Model 8.0 Heavy Duty Ground Tug ITEM: Ground Tug for UH-72A Helicopters QTY: 1 each STANDARD FEATURES: a. Compatible with a UH-72A Lakota b. Ability to lift and tow aircraft up to 8,000 lbs. c. Clearance for the UH-72A Lakota Mission Equipment Package System (MEPS) d. Single person operation e. Ability to be remotely controlled by a wireless controller to maneuver in small areas while maintaining safety f. Ability to maneuver on sloped ground g. Ability to maneuver on wet or icy conditions h. Product will have the option for snow tires that are siped for better traction i. Lights for night operation j. This SSN is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement as an authorized seller / supplier of Tiger Tugs LLC. If you are an authorized seller / supplier of Tiger Tugs LLC, you must submit written proof from Tiger Tugs that says you are authorized to supply / sell their products on their behalf (* INFO WILL BE VERIFIED *). All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses: 1. Full Company Name and Address 2. SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI) 3. CAGE Code 4. TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”) 5.
