A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query and no solicitation document exists for the request. This SS/SN is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SS/SN. All information received in response to this SS/SN that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point, NY is interest in the item listed below: MFR: Wintersteiger P/N#: 8140-401-40 ITEM: Ski & Board Tuning Machine (Omega SBI 1x208-230v 60Hz) - - Inline Stone / Belt Grinding Machine for Skis, Snowboards, and Cross-Country Skis QTY: 1 each *** SEE ATTACHED SPECS FOR MORE INFO *** This requirement could be set-aside for Small Business concerns provided that 2 (two) or more qualified Small Businesses respond to this SS/SN with sufficient information to support the set-aside. The NAICS Code Qualifier is 333111 and the Size Standard is 1,250 employees. This SS/SN is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement as an authorized seller / supplier of Wintersteiger Inc. If you are an authorized seller / supplier of Wintersteiger Inc, you must submit written proof from Wintersteiger that says you are authorized to supply / sell their products on their behalf (* INFO WILL BE VERIFIED *). All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses: 1. Full Company Name and Address 2. SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI) 3. CAGE Code 4. TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”) 5.
