The Solicitation is posted on SAM.gov on Notice# W911SD23R0206. All details regarding this requirement are clearly listed on Page 3 of the Solicitation (SF1449) (see attached). The NAICS Code Qualifier is 541511; SBA Size is $34.0 Mil. All bidders must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote. The following documents must be submitted with your bids: a. SF1449 (filled in, completed, and signed as specifically instructed below) b. Company Quote (see NOTE 1 below) 1 copy of the SF1449 is attached for your use (PDF). It must be completed as follows… PAGE 1: Block 30a, b, & c (must be signed / dated; will not accept SF1449 w/o it) - - Digital Card signature acceptable. PAGE 3: The Unit Prices -and- Amount Totals for each item PAGE 6: Clause# 52.204-8 (check the slot that says “Paragraph (d) applies”. Do NOT fill anything else if you checked it. It means your company is registered in SAM.gov. NOTE 1: You may submit your own company quote. However, it has to be with a signed / dated SF1449 (no exceptions). NOTE 2: This requirement has to be processed is FOB DESTINATION. Therefore, ANY shipping fees must be included with the cost of the main line item if you want the cost to be covered. Federal Government no longer accepts FOB ORIGIN on quotes. NOTE 3: Any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement as an authorized supplier of Imotions Inc. If you are an authorized supplier of Imotions Inc, you must submit written proof from Imotions that says you are authorized to supply / sell / access their products, licenses, software, and services on their behalf. All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses: 1. Full Company Name and Address 2. SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI) 3. CAGE Code 4. TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”) 5. NAICS Code(s) (must be registered with NAICS 541511) 6. Business Size (must be registered as a "Small Business") 7. Company POC, Email, Phone# 8. Proof (no exceptions) - - a. Authorization letter from Imotions Inc that says you are authorized to supply / sell / access Imotion’s licenses, software, products, and services on their behalf. * INFO WILL BE VERIFIED.
