The license subscription is for access to Janes Group US LLC’s digital platform, its content, subject matter, and materials. The Solicitation is posted on SAM.gov on Notice# W911SD23R0191. All details regarding this requirement are clearly listed on Page 3 of the Solicitation / RFQ document (SF1449) (see attached). The NAICS Code Qualifier is 519290; SBA Size is 1000 employees. All bidders must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote. The following documents must be submitted with your bids: a. SF1449 (completed & signed as specifically instructed below) b. Company Quote (see NOTE 1 below) 1 copy of the SF1449 is attached for your use (PDF). It must be completed as follows… PAGE 1: Block 30a, b, & c (must be signed / dated; will not accept w/o it) - - NOTE: Digital Card signature acceptable. PAGE 3: The Unit Price -and- Amount Total PAGE 5: Clause# 52.204-8 (SCROLL DOWN to PAGE 6 and check the slot that says “Paragraph (d) applies”.
