The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY has a requirement for Equipment / Audio / Video / Lighting Set-up, Engineers, Stagehands, and Riggers in support of the West Point Band for the upcoming “Summer 2023 Concert” from 06/29/23 thru 09/05/23. This Period of Performance (PoP) includes several other PoPs in between (see attached Performance Work Statement for details). This requirement involves providing all Equipment / Audio / Video / Lighting - and - Setting-up / Tearing Down / Removal of all Equipment / Audio / Video / Lighting accordingly. All details regarding this project are listed on the attached Solicitation (SF1449). This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business interest with NAICS Code 711320 (Size: $22.0 Mil). All bidders must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote. All bidders must submit the following documents with their bids: 1. SF1449 (filled in, completed, and signed as specifically instructed below) 2. Company Quote (must be FOB Destination; see Note 3 below) Two (2) attachments of the SF1449 are included for your use (PDF & WORD). In case if one doesn’t work, use the other. You only need to complete ONE as follows… PAGE 1: Block 24 (Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract) PAGE 1: Block 30a, b, & c (must be *SIGNED/DATED; will not accept w/o actual signature) *Digital Card signature is acceptable. PAGE 3: The Unit Price -and- Overall Total. PAGE 6: *Clause# 52.204-8 (fill in applicable slot on Page 6)… *DO NOT FILL ANYTHING ELSE on the SF1449 if you checked “Paragraph ‘d’ Applies” on Page 6. If you checked it, the Solicitation / RFQ is considered "complete" (it means your company is registered in SAM.gov). NOTE 1: All vendors must read, review, and comply with all the requirements stated above, below, and in the attached documents (no exceptions). NOTE 2: You may submit your own company quote. However, it has to be with a signed / dated SF1449 (no exceptions). NOTE 3: This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only. Therefore, all quoted offers must be FOB DESTINATION. Any shipping costs must be INCLUDED into the overall price. Offers with FOB ORIGIN will not be accepted. NOTE 4: Promotional / Discount Pricing will only be accepted if the offer is available for a minimum of at least 10 business days from the date the solicitation closes (not from the date you submit your quote). Any offers below the 10-day minimum requirement will have to be offered as Non-Promotional / Non-Discount price only.
