The United States Military Academy at West Point - NY has a requirement for M17 Pistol Simulators with a Fill Station Magazine Adapter as listed on the attached Standard Form 1449 (SF1449) (Solicitation# W911SD23R0103). This requirement is strictly BRAND NAME only. Therefore, all bids must meet and comply with the specific requirements listed on the attached SF1449. All vendors must provide specifications to show / prove that what they’re offering is identical to what is being requested. Failure to provide what is specifically requested or submitting offers with alternate items will be considered as “Non-Responsive”. All vendors must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a completed signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote. All vendors must submit the following documents in order to be considered: SF1449 (must be filled in, completed, and signed as specifically instructed below) Company Quote (must be FOB Destination; see Note 3 below) Two attachments of the SF1449 are included for your use (PDF & WORD). In case if one doesn’t work, use the other. You only need to complete ONE… not BOTH. The SF1449 must be completed and returned to me as follows: PAGE 1: Block 24 (Combined $$$ Total of the Entire Contract) PAGE 1: Block 30a, b, & c (will not accept SF1449 w/o signature; signature must be Handwritten - or - Digital Card; not typed) (no exceptions). PAGE 3: The Unit Prices -and- Overall Totals of both Line Items PAGE 6: Clause# 52.204-8 - - Fill in the applicable slot. NOTE: DO NOT FILL IN ANYTHING ELSE on the SF1449 if you checked “Paragraph (d) applies”. If you checked it, it means you’re registered in SAMs and are good to go. NOTE 1: Completion and submittal of the SF1449 is mandatory in order for your quote to be considered (no exceptions). The NAICS Code Qualifier is 335999; SBA business size is 500 employees. NOTE 2: Any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement as an authorized partner of Inveris Training Solutions. If you are an authorized partner of Inveris Training Solutions, you must submit written proof from Inveris Training Solutions that says you are authorized to supply / sell their products and services on their behalf (* INFO WILL BE VERIFIED *). All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses: a. Full Company Name and Address b. SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI) c. CAGE Code d. TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”) e. NAICS Code(s) (must be registered with NAICS 335999 to qualify for this RFQ) f. Business Size ("Large" or "Small"… must be stated on your reply) g. Company POC, Email, Phone# h. Proof (no exceptions) - - 1. Authorization letter from Inveris Training Solutions that says you are authorized to supply / sell their products and services on their behalf. * INFO WILL BE VERIFIED.* NOTE 3: This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only. Therefore, all quoted offers must be FOB DESTINATION. Any shipping costs must be INCLUDED into the overall price. Offers with FOB ORIGIN will not be accepted.
