The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY has a requirement for a paperback from Oxford University called “Washington’s Crossing” (Solicitation# W911SD23R0062). All details regarding the requirement are clearly listed on PAGE 3 of the SF1449 (Solicitation Document). This requirement is strictly for BRAND NEW BOOKS, not refurbished nor resales (no exceptions). Therefore, All bidders must meet and comply with the requirements stated on the notice below and the Solicitation. Failure to meet the requirements and what is specifically requested will be considered as “Non-Responsive”. All bidders must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote. All bidders must submit the following documents with their bids: 1. SF1449 (filled in, completed, and signed as specifically instructed below) 2. Company Quote (must be FOB Destination; see Note 3 below) 2 attachments of the SF1449 are included for your use (PDF & WORD). In case if one doesn’t work, use the other. You only need to complete ONE as follows… PAGE 1: Block 24 (Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract) PAGE 1: Block 30a, b, & c (must be *SIGNED/DATED [not typed]; can't accept w/o signature) *NOTE: Legal signature w/Digital Card is acceptable. PAGE 3: The Unit Price -and- Overall Total. PAGE 5: **Clause# 52.204-8 (fill in applicable slot)… **NOTE: DO NOT FILL ANYTHING ELSE if you checked “Paragraph ‘d’ Applies” on Page 5 for Clause# 52.204-8. If you checked that block, the Solicitation / RFQ is considered "complete" (it means your company is registered in SAM.gov). The NAICS Code Qualifier is *513130; Business Size is 1000 employees. *Vendors that use NAICS Codes in the 42, 44, and 45 series are not authorized for this requirement. NOTE 1: All vendors must read, review, and comply with all the requirements stated above and in the attached Solicitation (SF1449). Vendors may use alternate NAICS that are applicable to NAICS 513130 as long as they are not in the series listed above. Refer to https://www.census.gov/naics/ to find a NAICS that’s relevant / applicable to 513130. NOTE 2: You may submit your own company quote. However, it has to be with a signed/dated SF1449 (no exceptions). NOTE 3: This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only. Therefore, all quoted offers must be FOB DESTINATION. All shipping costs must be INCLUDED into Line Item 0001. Any offer with FOB ORIGIN will not be accepted. NOTE 4: Promotional / Discount Pricing will only be accepted if the offer is available for a minimum of at least 10 business days from the date the solicitation closes (not from the date you submit your quote). Any offers below the 10-day minimum requirement will have to be offered as Non-Promotional / Non-Discount price only. NOTE 5: This solicitation is issued in electronic format only at https://sam.gov/content/home. All vendors must go through that site for documents and info on the requirement. SAM.gov is a free [no-fee] federal government website. NOTE 6: Quotes will only be accepted if they are completed and processed as stated in NOTE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. Please make sure to provide the following data on your quote - or - on your email reply: 1. Company Name and Address 2. SAMs Unique Entity Identifier (UEI#) 3. CAGE Code 4. TAX ID# (aka “EIN” or “TIN”) 5. Company NAICS Code and Business Size (see NAICS Qualifier above). 6. Small Business Certifications (if applicable) (i.e. - 8a, WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) 7.
