Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC West Point is taking this action in an effort to improve both seller access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, completed, real-time bids. SOURCES SOUGHT The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point is conducting market research to ascertain the availability of interested and capable Offerors to provide a UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) in support of West Point Fire and Emergency Services. This UTV must be capable of holding a skid unit that West Point Fire Department already has on hand in the read bed of the UTV at West Point, NY, in accordance on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside.
