The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY has a requirement for a Network Switch and Antenna Kit as listed in the attached Specifications - and - Standard Form 1449 (SF1449) on Solicitation# W911SD23R0034. This requirement is strictly BRAND NAME only (see attached BNJ&A). Therefore, ALL OFFERS must meet and comply with the specific requirements listed on the attached documents. Failure to provide what is specifically requested or submitting offers with alternate items will be considered as “Non-Responsive” (no exceptions). All vendors must complete and sign / date the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. We will not be able to accept a quote unless we receive a completed signed / dated SF1449 to go with the quote. ALL vendors must submit the following documents in order to be considered: 1. Specifications for ALL the items that you are quoting, including subcomponents 2. SF1449 (must be completed and SIGNED [written or digital] as stated below). 3. Company Quote (must be FOB Destination; see Note 3 below) - - a. Quote must contain complete info & reference to ALL the items (Main Components and Subcomponents) that are on the Solicitation and Specifications documents. - - b. Quote must list the prices for ALL the items (Main Components and Subcomponents) that will require payment. If a subcomponent requires separate payment (and cannot be included with the main line item), then the cost must be stated on the quote. ALL costs must be listed up front on the quote for ALL subcomponents that are not "included" with the main line item. We provided 2 attachments of the SF1449 for your use (PDF & WORD). In case if one doesn’t work, use the other. You only need to complete ONE as follows… PAGE 1: Block 17a and *24 (*Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract) PAGE 1: Block 30 a / b / c (will NOT accept w/o written or digital signature) PAGE 3 & 4: The Unit Prices -and- Overall Totals for both Line Items (2 total) PAGE 6: Clause# 52.204-8 (fill in applicable slots on PAGE 7)… NOTE: DO NOT FILL ANYTHING ELSE if you checked “Paragraph ‘d’ Applies” on Page 7 for Clause# 52.204-8. If you checked that block, the Solicitation / RFQ is considered "complete" (it means your company is registered in SAM.gov). The NAICS Code Qualifier is 334515; Business Size is 750 employees. NOTE 1: All vendors must read, review, and comply with all the stated requirements that are on the attached Specifications. All offers must meet the stated requirements in order to be considered as a potential source. Providing alternate offers will be considered as “Non-Responsive” (no exceptions). NOTE 2: You may submit your own company quote with the SF1449. However, completion and submittal of the SF1449 is mandatory in order for your quote to be considered (no exceptions). NOTE 3: This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only. Therefore, all quoted offers must be FOB DESTINATION. All shipping costs must be INCLUDED (incorporated) into Line Item 0001. Any offer with FOB ORIGIN will not be accepted. NOTE 4: Promotional / Discount Pricing will only be accepted if the offer is available for a minimum of at least 10 business days from the date the solicitation closes (not from the date you submit your quote). Any offers below the 10-day minimum requirement will have to be offered as Non-Promotional / Non-Discount price only. NOTE 5: This solicitation is issued in electronic format only at https://sam.gov/content/home. All vendors must go through that site for documents and info on the requirement. SAM.gov is a free [no-fee] federal government website. NOTE 6: Quotes will only be accepted if they are completed and processed as stated in NOTE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.
