A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query and no solicitation document exists for the request. This SSN is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this SSN. All information received in response to this SSN that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. This requirement is currently being set-aside for Small Business concerns provided that 2 (two) or more qualified Small Businesses respond to this SSN with sufficient information to support the set-aside. The NAICS Code Qualifier is 519130 and the SBA Size Standard is 1000. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point, NY is interested in procuring a 5-Year Podcast Service for the following Periods of Performance: - September 30, 2022 thru September 29, 2023 (Base Year) - September 30, 2023 thru September 29, 2024 (Option Year 1) - September 30, 2024 thru September 29, 2025 (Option Year 2) - September 30, 2025 thru September 29, 2026 (Option Year 3) - September 30, 2026 thru September 29, 2027 (Option Year 4) This project requires the Contractor to provide: Setup Cost Coaching and Communications Custom Music Editing Promotional Assets Distribution * * * * see attached Salient Features and PWS for more info! * * * * All Small Businesses that qualify for this requirement are encouraged to participate by identifying their capabilities to meet this requirement.
