REVISED DATE: THIS NOTICE CLOSES ON 10/07/22 @ 12:00 PM This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for Podcast Services as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Standard Form SF1449 (Solicitation) under Solicitation# W911SD22R0181. The requirement is set-aside only for qualified vendors listed as 100% Small Business and registered under NAICS Code 519130; business size 1000. In order to participate, all qualified vendors must complete (fill in) and sign/date the SF1449 with all quoted offers. 2 (two) formats are attached for your convenience (PDF & Word). However, you only have to complete ONE. You must provide the following as a complete quote package: a. SF1449 (must be filled in, completed and signed as specifically instructed below) b. Company Quote (self-explanatory) c. Capability Statement (must contain specific details regarding your company’s ability to do the work, understand what’s required, and brief examples of similar projects) The SF1449 must be completed and returned to me as follows... PAGE 1: Block 17a and *24 (*Combined Overall Total for the entire Contract) PAGE 1: Block 30a, b, c (***must be legally or digitally SIGNED/DATED; will not accept quote w/o signature***) PAGE 3 thru 7: All the Unit Prices -and- Overall Totals for each Line Item (5 total) PAGE 10: Clause# 52.204-8 (fill in applicable slots) NOTE: DO NOT FILL ANYTHING ELSE OUT if you checked “Paragraph ‘d’ applies” on Page 10 for Clause# 52.204-8. If you checked that block, the Solicitation / RFQ is considered "complete". NOTE 1: Completion and submittal of the SF1449 is mandatory in order for your quote to be considered (no exceptions). NOTE 2: This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only. All quoted offers must be set and final with no fees of any kind added to the quote after the contract is awarded. NOTE 3: Promotional / Discount Pricing will only be accepted if the offer is available for a minimum of at least 10 business days from the date the solicitation closes. Any offers below the 10-day minimum requirement will have to be offered as Non-Promotional / Non-Discount price only. NOTE 4: This solicitation is issued in electronic format only at https://sam.gov/content/home. All vendors must go through that site for documents and info on the project.
