This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services as listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Solicitation (SF1449) under Solicitation# W911SD22R0163. The requirement is set-aside only for qualified vendors listed as 100% Small Business / 8(a) and registered under NAICS Code 561410; business size $16.5 mil. In order to participate, all qualified vendors must complete (fill in) and sign/date the SF1449 with all quoted offers. 2 (two) formats are attached for your convenience (PDF / Word). However, you only have to complete ONE. The SF1449 must be fully completed and returned to me as follows… PAGE 1: Block 12, 17a, and *24 (*$$$ Total of entire Contract) PAGE 1: Block 30 a / b / c (will not accept SF1449 w/o signature; NO EXCEPTIONS) PAGE 3: The Unit Prices -and- Overall Totals (*2 Line Items) *NOTE: you may change the quantities to reflect your own completion rates and timeline as long as you specify it on the SF1449 – and – your own company quote. PAGE 6: Fill in the applicable slot in Clause# 52.204-8 PAGE 6 thru 57: DO NOT FILL ANYTHING ELSE OUT if you checked “Paragraph ‘d’ applies” on Page 6 for Clause# 52.204-8. If you checked that block, the Solicitation / RFQ is considered "complete". However, please note… checking this block means that ALL CLAUSES within the SF1449 apply and can be found as “checked off” in your FAR & DFARS Report. Therefore, please make sure your FAR & DFARS Report is checked off no differently than the SF1449 before checking “Paragraph ‘d’ applies”. NOTE 1: Completion and submittal of the SF1449 is mandatory in order for your quote to be considered (no exceptions). NOTE 2: This Solicitation / RFQ is Firm Fixed Price. NOTE 3: Promotional / Discount Pricing will only be accepted if the offer is available for a minimum of at least 10 business days from the date the solicitation closes (not from the date you submit your quote). Any offers below the 10-day minimum requirement will have to be offered as Non-Promotional / Non-Discount price only. NOTE 4: Quotes will only be accepted if they are completed and submitted as stated above. Please make sure to provide the following data on your quote - or - on your email reply: 1.
