The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 334516-Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing and the size standard is 1000. This notice also acts as a Sources Sought for a product comparable to the PASCO Laoratory Supplies, PK-9025B Conductive Paper with Grid,ME-8970 Equal Length Spring Set, ME-9774 Rotational Inertia Set, UI-5200 850 Universal Interface Replacement Power Supply, ES-9070 Coulomb’s Law Apparatus. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available at this time.
