The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point is conducting market research to ascertain the availability of interested and capable Offers’ to provide Furniture for West Point Library to include the West Point Crest on the chairs, project in accordance on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. A need is anticipated to procure in Library Furniture in support of Cadet Library at West Point Military Academy. This will be Meet or exceed QTY: 5 Lounge chairs, Contour 36-111, with tablet, grade F fabric QTY:5 option for Casters on Lounge chair QTY:18 Tables, flip top, standard laminate and t-moulded edges, T- shaped metal base on casters 4. QTY:104 Conference room chairs, Upswing with fixed arms, mesh back, grade 1 fabric 5. QTY:12 67-301SW, Weston side chair, on swivel base with tilt mechanism, species Cherry 6. QTY:12 option for lasered logo on chair In response to this sources sought, please provide: 1.
