AMENDMENT #1 The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Extend solicitation dealine until Monday 13 June 2022 at 4:00 PM MANUSCRIPT EDITING SERVICES The United States Military Academy at West Point - NY has a requirement for Manuscript Editing Services as listed in the attached Solicitation# W911SD22R0126. The Federal Government now requires all vendors to complete (fill in) the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. Quotes will not be accepted unless I receive a completed and signed / dated SF1449 to go with your own company quote (no exceptions). The SF1449 must be fully completed and returned to me as follows... NOTE 2: Your quote must reflect the EXACT specifications and details listed on the SF1449 (no exceptions). Failure to meet this requirement will be considered as "Non-Responsive" and you will not be considered for this solicitation. The SF1449 must be completed and attached with any quoted offers. NOTE 3: Promotional / Discount Pricing will only be accepted if the offer is available for a minimum of at least 10 business days from the date the solicitation closes (not from the date you submit your quote).
