The Federal Government now requires all vendors to complete (fill in) the Solicitation (SF1449) with all quoted offers. Quotes will not be accepted unless I receive a completed and signed / dated SF1449 to go with your own company quote (no exceptions). The SF1449 must be fully completed and returned to me as follows...
