The contractor shall provide all (resources) management, administration, quality control, supervision, labor, transportation, vehicles, tools, equipment, materials and supplies required to accomplish welding, brazing and work associated with emergency services of the U.S. Army Garrison West Point (USAG-WP) on the steam distribution system, structural components and members, pressurized piping, and such other steel and copper alloy materials as may be required to include the West Point Military Reservation (WPMR). The Contractor shall perform in accordance with all applicable ASNT, ANSI, ASTM, AWS, API, MSS, OSHA and ASME codes, standards and specifications. In addition to emergency services contractor shall also perform general maintenance work as specified by task orders.
