The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, vehicles, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide tank and oil water separator cleaning, tank and associated piping removal/demo, removal, recycling and/or disposal of oils, fuels, contaminated water, and antifreeze from various tanks, separators, and piping at the United States Army Garrison, West Point, (USAGWP) New York 10996, including the outlying Military Reservation and the 2nd Aviation Detachment, Stewart International Airport, New Windsor, New York 12553. The Contractor shall be responsible for prevention, containment and/or clean-up of any spillage or discharge of waste oil or other associated contaminated materials caused by his operations. In the event of a spill or discharge as described above, the Contractor shall be responsible for all clean-up measures in accordance with local, state and federal requirements at no additional cost to the Government.
