Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC West Point intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC West Point is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. The requirement will include all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation and management necessary to provide Trunk Lockers at the United States Military Academy (USMA}, West Point, NY. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Supply Contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this item is 316998. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. This procurement will be set-aside for 100% small business concerns. The anticipated period of performance for this acquisition is one (1) base year plus three (3) option years.
