The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY has a requirement for the item(s) listed below. The item(s) must be New (not Used / Refurbished) and purchasable from a manufacturer or vendor under NAICS Code 339992 (Musical Instrument Manufacturing) – or – from an Authorized Seller / Distributor. 1. Custom 16" x 16" Rope Tension Snare Drum (Brand New not Used) = 10 each (See attached Specifications & Requirements document for complete information) 2. Custom 14" x 26" Rope Tension Bass Drum (Brand New not Used) = 2 each (See attached Specifications & Requirements document for complete information) 3. Custom Artwork (for Snare Drums Only) = 10 each (See attached Specifications & Requirements document for complete information) NOTE 1: This requirement is Brand Name -or- Equal. However, you must attach specifications for any item you offer. You must be able to prove / demonstrate that the item(s) you offer are identical or equal in scope to what’s listed in our specifications. Failure to attach specs with your quote could be considered as "Non-Responsive". It is your responsibility to prove that what you offer meets our specs (no exceptions). NOTE 2: This solicitation is Firm Fixed Price only. Federal Government prefers FOB - Destination. However, if you submit a quote with shipping costs you must ADD IT with the cost of the MAIN line item (the quote must be designated as FOB-Destination). Estimated or Adjustable shipping costs will not be accepted and could cause your quote to be rejected for this solicitation. NOTE 3: The Standard Form 1449 (SF1449) that’s attached to this Solicitation Notice must be filled in completely in order for your quote to be officially accepted. That includes Unit Price(s), Total Price(s), Overall Total, as well as all fillable areas (as applicable) within each clause and provision of the SF1449. To finish the process, you must complete Block 12, 17a, and sign/date 30a, b, and c. The entire document must be returned to me as your official quote. Failure to comply with this requirement will cause your quote to be rejected and considered as “Non-Responsive”. NOTE 4: Promotional / Discount Pricing will only be accepted if the offer is available for a minimum of at least 10 business days from the date the solicitation closes (not from the date you submit your quote). Any offers below the 10-day minimum requirement will have to be offered as Non-Promotional / Non-Discount price only. NOTE 5: Quotes will only be accepted if they are completed and processed as stated in NOTE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Please make sure to include the following info with your quote (IN the quote - or - on your email reply)… FULL NAME and ADDRESS of the business the contract will be made out to (once it’s awarded) Company POC, Email, Phone# TAX ID# DUNS# CAGE CODE NAICS CODE(s) (all that apply) BUSINESS SIZE (“Large” or “Small”) SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION(s) (if applicable) (i.e… 8a, WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) NOTE 6: All vendors must be fully registered in BETA-SAM.GOV (https://beta.sam.gov/) and PIEE/WAWF (https://wawf.eb.mil/piee-landing/) in order to be considered for a contract award. Any vendor that is not registered in either site must be fully registered before a contract can be awarded.
