There currently is no solicitation available. When responding to this notice, the vendor shall provide their business size standard, in accordance to the NAICS 722310 and a capability statement, not to exceed 2 pages. No phone calls will be accepted with this sources sought notice. Please include the notice identification number/title in your email subject. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment. materials and supervision to provide Mess Attendant and Waiter Services at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point NY. The Cadet Mess feeds approximately 4000 Cadets, within a required and specific time limitation for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which meets the stringent academic schedules at USMA. The service includes multiple types of wait and attendant services to include family style, cafeterial style, individual plate - VIP, special events, take-out. Contractor is responsible for set-up, clean-up, dishwashing and facility housekeeping. There is no food preparation service requirement.
