This is a Sources Sought Notice from the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point, NY. This notice is to inform prospective contractors of the upcoming Site Visit and the requirements associated with this project. The MICC is hosting a Site Visit on behalf of the Eisenhower Hall Theater Department for an Audio / Video Projector Replacement project that requires numerous parts and components (see Scope of Work). A solicitation will be issued as a Request-for-Quote (RFQ) immediately upon completion of the Site Visit. The solicitation will only be posted for a couple of days and will require a short turnaround time for submitting complete quotes and all applicable documents. Therefore, attendance for the Site Visit is MANDATORY so that contractors will have a clear understanding of what is required. The selection of sources for this project will come directly from those that attended the Site Visit. No quotes / bids / offers nor statements will be accepted from any sources that submit them in absentia... only from sources that attended and completed the Site Visit (no exceptions). SITE VISIT: A Site Visit is hereby set for July 20, 2020 @ 1:00 PM (EST). Anyone arriving late will need to reschedule for another date and time if one becomes available at our discretion (depending how late you arrive). It will last for approximately 1 - 2 hour(s) and include a tour and inspection of the facility. The tour will assemble outside at the following location (see attached map): United States Military Academy Bldg 655 / Eisenhower Hall (655 Pitcher Road) West Point, NY 10996 Prospective contractors must bring at least ONE form of Government-Issued Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc.). All contractors must read the attached "Visitors Center" document for complete details and special entry protocols into West Point. Failure to do so will prevent you from entering West Point. Participation is limited to 2 persons per vendor. This will be THE ONLY ACCESS contractors will have to walk through the building and required areas. * * * COVID-19 CONCERNS / REQUIREMENTS * * * NOTE: Due to current world events concerning the COVID-19 virus, ALL PERSONNEL will be required to wear a face mask at all times and maintain social distancing. There are no limits on the amount of personnel who can work onsite. * SUPPLY, INSTALL, & MOUNT AUDIO / VIDEO THEATER PROJECTOR SYSTEM * The desired contractor must have proven skills and experience that clearly demonstrate the ability to supply, install, mount, and wire audio / video projector equipment specifically under NAICS Code 334310 and 238210. Therefore, this project is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns strictly under NAICS Code 334310 (Audio & Video Equipment Manufacturing). However, it is preferred (but not required) that a contractor have NAICS Codes 334310 and 238210 assigned to them in BETA-Sam’s (Systems for Awards Management) in order to receive full recognition for this project. Please note, you must be registered as a Small Business under NAICS Code 334310 in BETA-Sam’s. NAICS Code 238210 will not be considered the primary NAICS for this project. NOTE 1: All vendors are required to READ and REVIEW the attached documents for complete info regarding the Scope of Work, directions to West Point, Visitor's Center info, and special entry protocols into West Point. NOTE 2: Please contact the Visitor's Center for ALL QUESTIONS pertaining to proper ID's, documents, entry, and access to West Point (see attached documents). NOTE 3: This Sources Sought Notice is being issued in electronic format only and is available on-line at https://beta.sam.gov/. Vendors that use third-party websites to inquire about this Sources Sought Notice or to obtain documents will not be provided guidance nor assistance.
