All responses to this notice shall be submitted, by email, with supporting information as required with this notice. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials and supervision to provide cyber range support for the Jack Voltaic 3.0 cyber event. The objectives include: Provision of pre-exercise support to include participation in planning meetings, building of the cyber range in accordance with the scenario and anticipated players, and testing of the cyber range; Provide on-site support for the cyber range during the Exercise; Collect, tag, and store exercise data both on-network and off-network.
