This is a BPA to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform cleaning services on USMA, West Point New York 10996 as specified within Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Calls. The contractor shall perform services in accordance with the Statement of Work. These services include Sanitizing/disinfecting common areas(wiping down counters, door knobs, shelves, doors, handrails) sweeping, damp mopping, scrub floors, spot cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning carpets, tiles and walk off mats, cleaning latrines, locker rooms, showers, trash removal, glass cleaning, cleaning drinking fountains, and grounds policing within 50 feet of buildings. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with (IAW) federal, state, and local laws and statutes, county regulations and directives, manufacturers’ recommendations, and standard industry practices.
