This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ); it is strictly a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP or as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The United States Military Academy (USMA) is looking for those vendors that can offer: Requirements necessitate analyses of the effects of military service on service members and their families to include the effects of past (e.g., the Montgomery GI Bill), present (e.g., Tuition Assistance, the Post 9/11 GI Bill) and future education programs and benefits provided by the Army and the Veteran's Administration. These requirements include analysis of the educational attainment of military members and their dependents. USMA needs to obtain the most comprehensive and complete data available on individuals' educational attainment. One such data set is available from the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) Data Match. We are interested in knowing of other sources is such exist. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All responsible parties that feel they can provide this service should forward their capabilities in writing to Robin.C.Meyer.civ@mail.mil. Please indicate your business size (Small, Large etc...) in your responses. Please note that this is not a solicitation but a sources sought only.
