This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query and no solicitation document exists for the request. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. The following products / features / specifications are required (Brand Name -or- Equal): MFG: High End Systems MODEL: 2581A1200 ITEM: SolaFrame 3000 Fixture, Ultra-Brite, Black w/Road Case QTY: 10 each (see attached specs for more info) MFG: Robe MODEL: 1087 1043 (see attached specs) ITEM: Robin Spiider QTY: 18 each (see attached specs for more info) MFG: The Light Source MODEL: LIGMWB - or - MWB (see attached specs) ITEM: Mega-Claw Clamp (Black Anodized) QTY: 56 each (see attached specs for more info) NOTE: Your company must be able to manufacture, sell, or distribute these items under NAICS 335129, 334419, - or - be an Authorized Reseller / Distributor under an APPLICABLE NAICS related to 335129 (ie., 334419). Your company does NOT have to meet both criteria (NAICS and Authorized Seller/Distributor)... it just has to be able to supply the items under ONE -or- the other (not BOTH). If you are able to do it as an Authorized Reseller / Distributor, proof of reselling/distribution rights must be submitted (official memo from manufacturer(s) will suffice) with complete contact info of the manufacturer's POC (information will be verified). Fraudulent or unsigned documents from the manufacturer will NOT be considered and your company's capability statement could be rejected for consideration. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
