The United States Military Academy intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Maintenance & Repair of Roads and Parking Lots. The requirement will include all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation and management necessary for maintenance & repair of roads and parking areas at the United States Military Academy (USMA}, West Point, NY. This will be an indefinite quantity indefinite delivery type contract and task orders will be issued as the need arises. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237310. The Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 million. This procurement will be set-aside for 100% small business concerns. The anticipated period of performance for this acquisition is one (1) base year plus four (4) option years. The source selection process that will be used is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The proposal process will consist of the following: Solicitation will be issued on/or about 15 July 2019. Proposals will be due on/or about 15 August 2019. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15 source selection procedures. Award is anticipated by 1 September 2019. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers.
