PWS The United States Army Garrison, West Point requires the rental of two diesel heaters on a short notice as stated below. This rental will only be for a 90 day duration and is a follow on to W911SD-19-P-0055. The heater requirements are as follows: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, and any other items and services not government furnished, necessary to rent two portable heating units for a duration of three months at Crandall Pool, BLDG# 727, at the United States Army Garrison (USAGWP), West Point, New York. The contractor is responsible for any preventative maintenance required and to ensure the heater units are operational. Should a heater become inoperable for any reasonable reason, it shall be fixed or replaced on the same day to ensure continuous operation at no cost to the government. Heater units to include: #1 1 each, 1 MM (Million) BTU Diesel High Volume, Towable, Self-Contained Unit, No External Power Required. #2 1 each, Heater unit to include: Indirect 750K BTU Diesel. #3 A/C Ducting 20 Inch x 25 Feet, Heat Ducting (High Temperature) 20" x 25'. #4 Labor to include: Delivery and Pick-up, Assembly/Dismantle and Preventive Maintenance. #5 Delivery must be guaranteed to be in place on 19 February 2019-timing is critical. #6 Contractor must be flexible to allow shutdown of the current heaters on current contract and resumption of service with minimal delays.

The U.S. Army Garrison West Point, desires to procure RENTAL OF 2 DIESEL POWERED HEATERS for a short notice procurement on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
