Th... This is a Sole Source Notice in accordance with JA 2021-18, for the Cadet Mess Attendant and Waiter Services, United States Military Academy, West Point NY. This Notice for up to a 12 month period. The contract service requirements are for the contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, and materials and management of Government Furnished Property (GFP) to perform the mess attendant and waiter services at the U.S. Military Academy cadet mess hall for approximately 4000 cadets, 7 days per week. No proposals will be accepted in response to this notice.
