This is not a request for competitive offers and a solicitation for this action will not be issued. This sole source modification is to the current 6 month contract for Cadet Mess Attendant and Waiter services at the United States Military Academy (USMA), West Point. The service requirements are for the contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, and materials to perform the mess attendant and waiter services at the USMA Cadet Mess Hall.
