A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query and no solicitation document exists for the request. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. However, if you are able to provide ALL the requirements listed below, you may submit a Proposal and/or Quote with the knowledge that it will be accepted for planning purposes only. No commitment, promise, nor guarantee is implied by its acceptance. It will simply be used to determine if your company's product / services / capabilities meets our requirements. Interested respondents should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 2 pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum) clearly demonstrating the firm's ability to perform this requirement.
