A Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quote (RFQ) are not applicable for this query and no solicitation document exists for the request. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP, RFQ, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition. No commitment, promise, nor guarantee is implied for accepting a Capability Statement or a Quote. It will simply be used to determine if your company's product or services meet our requirements. If you do submit a quote, you MUST ATTACH COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS that will show how they MEET or are EQUAL to the specifications listed in our attachments (see attached SPECS 1 thru 4). The United States Military Academy at West Point, NY is interested in locating a vendor that can provide the following Audio / Video Equipment listed below (see attached documents for complete info and requirements). The items must be NEW (not Refurbished) and BRAND NAME -or- EQUAL. 1. MFG: Samsung ITEM: Television P/N#: UD55E-B Series QTY: 9 each (see attached specs) 2. MFG: Samsung ITEM: Slim Configuration Wall Mount P/N#: WMN-55VD QTY: 9 each (see attached specs) 3. MFG: Middle Atlantic ITEM: 12-Outlet Non-Surge 20A Power Strip (60") P/N#: PDT-1220C-NS QTY: 1 each (see attached specs) 4. MFG: Generic ITEM: Comparable Standard Series Display-Port to HDMI High Speed Cable (15') P/N#: DISP-HD-15ST QTY: 1 each (see attached specs) ***** REFURBISHED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED (NO EXCEPTIONS) ***** NOTE 1: This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for SMALL BUSINESS concerns STRICTLY UNDER NAICS CODE 334310 (Audio & Video Equipment Manufacturing), 334118 (Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing), or an EQUIVALENT that deals with Audio / Video Equipment and/or Supplies. Vendors that do NOT actually, technically, or legally have these NAICS Codes (or EQUIVALENT) assigned to them will NOT be considered for this notice nor for a potential Request for Quotes (no exceptions). NOTE 2: All capability statements will be accepted. Interested respondents should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 2 to 4 pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum) clearly demonstrating the firm's ability to provide these items. At a minimum, the package shall address the following: a. YOUR COMPANY NAME, OFFICE LOCATION(s), DUNS#, TAX ID#, CAGE CODE, NAICS CODE(s), DECLARATION OF BUSINESS SIZE (LARGE or SMALL), and SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION(s) such as 8a, WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc. b. NAMES OF MANUFACTURERS, and the TYPE OF ITEMS, EQUIPMENT, and SUPPLIES that your company specifically deals with on a daily basis that relate to Audio / Video / Computer Peripheral Equipment and Supplies. NOTE 3: You may submit a quote in lieu of a capability statement as long as it is with the understanding that it will be for PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and nothing more. You MUST include ALL of the requirements listed in NOTE 2a above - and - be ‘fully registered' in SAMs (Systems for Award Management). You must list the COMPLETE PART NUMBER or MODEL NUMBER and FULL NOMENCLATURE for whatever item your company lists on the quote. You must also provide COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS for ANY item that is not BRAND NAME (if you provide a QUOTE in lieu of a CAPABILITY STATEMENT). Failure to provide complete specifications for NON-BRAND NAME items could be considered as non-responsive and exclude you as a potential source if a Request for Quotes is posted after the Sources Sought closes.
