The U.S. Army is conducting a sources sought notice to assess small-business capability for supplying USMA West Point with black Athletic Physical Fitness Uniform GYM-A shirts, short and long sleeve, for the Corps of Cadets under NAICS 315210. The requirement is anticipated as a small business set-aside only if at least two qualified small businesses provide sufficient capability information, and all small-business socioeconomic categories are encouraged to identify their ability to meet the requirement at a fair market price. This notice is for information and planning only, does not constitute an RFQ/IFB/RFP or commit the government to contract, and the government will not pay response or administrative costs. Interested firms are asked to provide company and contact information, small-business status, prime/subcontracting or teaming interest, relevant past performance and certifications, commercial availability and pricing information, delivery schedules, customary terms and warranties, and recommendations to maximize small-business competition and remove unnecessary restrictions. The shirts must conform to detailed sizing and annual quantity requirements, write-on nameplate specifications, plebe-class contract batching and delivery rules, and packaging and bundling instructions.
