This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, size standard is $45,000,000.00and FSC/PSC of Y1LB. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Please verify that both your UEI #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). The deadline for question (RFIs) submission is 15 November 2024 at 4:30pm. The close of the RFP is 25 November 2024 at 1200 Eastern Standard Time (EST).
