THIS IS A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Sources Sought (RFI) Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure Sampling & Analysis of Unknown Materials, Inspection & Air Quality Monitoring on a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does NOT constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does NOT commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to the sources sought notice. The U.S. Government will NOT pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. The purpose of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Ordering Procedure is to provide the U.S. Army West Point, West Point Directorate of Public Works (DPW in the requirement for SERVICS in ordering for Sampling & Analysis of Unknown Materials, Inspection & Air Quality Monitoring against the established BPAs described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated NAICS code(s) is/are: 541380 Testing Laboratories and Services A need is anticipated for the SERVICS Sampling & Analysis of Unknown Materials, Inspection & Air Quality Monitoring BPA against the established BPAs described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). In response to this sources sought, please provide: Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, SAM UEI number, CAGE code, and the corresponding NAICS code. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. BPA Requirements: This is a regulatory service, and it is required to meet all sampling and analysis of unknown waste, solid, liquids, and materials to perform asbestos, lead based paint and mold site inspection, monitoring and air quality sampling and analysis. (See PWS ATTACHED) This type of service is regulated by the EPA, NYSDOT, OSHA, NESHAP, ADHERA, HUD Title X, NYSDOH and all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. (See PWS ATTACHED) Information to help determine if the requirement for Garage Door repair, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information (e.g., market pricing, catalog pricing), delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, warranties, etc. Recommendations to improve the approach/specifications/draft PWS/PRS to acquiring the identified items/services.
