This is a base + 4 option years. The period of performance is listed below: Base Year 17 May 2023 through 30 May 2024 1st Option Year 17 May 2024 through 30 May 2025 2nd Option Year 17 May 2025 through 30 May 2026 3rd Option Year 17 May 2026 through 30 May 2027 4th Option Year 17 May 2027 through 30 May 2028 This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concern under NAICS code 561720-Janitorial Services, size standard is $22 Million and FSC/PSC of S201. In order to be eligible for award, an offeror must be registered as a Small Business concern under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the SAM system. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation and documents issued, as criteria stated in the solicitation shall govern. The U.S. Government has a requirement to provide Cleaning Services at Michie Stadium for the West Point Graduation, at the United States Military Academy, at West Point, NY, in accordance on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if two or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside.
