The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for Bulk Ice Delivery to Camp Buckner, Highland Mills, NY. Deliverable Materials a. 4 x pallets of 40lbs, individual bags of ice, to be delivered to the Okinawa DFAC at Camp Buckner, on specific dates. b. Bring palletized hydraulic jack to download ice during delivery and placement. c. Contractor will dispose of empty pallets. Delivery Dates/Period of Performance (May 2022-July 2022): - May 4 & 25, 2022 - June 8, 15, 22 & 29, 2022 - July 6, 13, 20 & 27, 2022 This requirement will be Full and Open Competition under NAICS code 312113 – Ice Manufacturing with a size standard in number of employees of 750 and FSC/PSC of 8940. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Please verify that both your SAM Unique Entity ID and Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM).
