The period of performance is for a Base plus 4 years Base Year: date of award plus 12 months Option Year 1: end of base plus 12 months Option Year 2: end of previous option plus 12 months Option Year 3: end of previous option plus 12 months Option Year 4: end of previous option plus 12 months This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 813110 Religious organizations, size standard is 8.0 MIL and FSC/PSC of U099. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are both current and valid. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only on or about the week of May 23rd, 2022 and will be available on the Internet at: https:www.sam.gov It is the Offeror’s responsibility to check the www.sam.gov website provided as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments. The U.S. Government has a non-personal service requirement for Catholic Religious Education Coordinator for the Religious Support Office (RSO) at The United States Military Academy, West Point, NY in accordance on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any. 3. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. 4. Information to help determine if the requirement for for an Individual to provide support to the USAG West Point Religious Support Office (RSO). is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information (e.g., market pricing, catalog pricing), delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, warranties, etc. 5. Identify how the Army can best structure these contract requirements to facilitate competition by and among small business concerns. 6. Identify any condition or action that may be having the effect of unnecessarily restricting competition with respect to this acquisition.
