The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Temporary Soldier Billeting; Housing, Latrines (with associated services) with Maintenance Servicing at West Point, NY. The period of performance will be for 05 May 2021 – 30 August 2021 (estimated). This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 532490 Modular Building Leasing/Rental, size standard is $ 32.5 Million per year and FSC/PSC of 5419.
