The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Suite Software at West Point, NY. The period of performance will be from June 18th, 2022 through June 17th, 2023. This requirement will be a Brand Name competed through DOD- Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) agreements, under NAICS code 511210- Software Publishers, size standard is $41.5 Millions of Dollars and FSC/PSC of 7A21. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern. The solicitation will be issued on or about the week of March 7th 2022 in electronic format only and will be available through GSA eBuy! for ESI-BPA resellers ONLY. The Army’s Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software Services (CHESS) and/or ESI agreements are the mandatory sources for the Army’s commercial Information Technology (IT) purchases per AFARS Part 5139.101-90. It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the www.SAM.gov provided as necessary for any posted changes. Solicitations (RFQ-Quotes) and additional supporting documentations (If required) must be submitted via email to Dayanna.DelaCruzCuello.civ@army.mil on or before the close date noted in the solicitation.
