An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC West Point is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. The U.S. Government desires to procure High Speed Blind Stitch Sewing Machine on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. The work clamp foot should lift max. 10mm Stitch length should be 3.2-8.5 mm Machine should be capable of 1 needle 1 thread chain stitch blind stitch. Machine should be designed for light to medium weight fabric with a Skip Stitch Mechanism. Machine should require minute quantity lubrication of the hook, using ISO VG32 equivalent oil. Machine should require 3 phase 200-240V/250VA power requirement. Table for machine should be included. 4.
