The solicitation number is W911SD-21-R-0086 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 322219 with a small business size standard of 1,000.00 employees. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2021-04-22 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time. Biodegradable square 9x9x3 containers. 3 compartment, microwavable containers with perforated lid with secure lip., 2800, CASES; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested offerors must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Question' feature at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, MICC West Point intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison, Inc. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. MICC West Point is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids. All responsible Offerors that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. The U.S. Government has a requirement to provide Biodegradable Hinged Containers/Disposable Plates for the Cadet Mess at West Point, NY in accordance on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. Monthly delivery amount - 500 cases / 200 containers per case. 10,000-cases / 500 per case disposable paper plates. Monthly delivery amount - 1500 cases / 500 plates per case. See SPECS attached. In response to this sources sought, please provide: 1.
