The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for services to replace the Cryogenic Tank located at Crandall Pool at U.S Army West Point Military Installation. The period of performance is for a 20 March 2020 – 31 May 2020 This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 332420 Metal Tank, size standard is 750 of Employees and FSC/PSC of 5340. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Also please verify that both your DUNS # and Cage Code are current. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern. This solicitation is issued in electronic format only and will be available on the Internet at: www.betaSAM.gov. SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS Replace Cryogenic Tank located at Crandall Pool W911SD-20-R-0030 THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure services to replace the Cryogenic Tank located at Crandall Pool on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.
