The U.S. Government desires to procure a Agricultural Tractor Kubota M7060HDC12 on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside. A need is anticipated for the Agricultural Tractor Kubota M7060HDC12 In response to this sources sought, please provide: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Requirements: ? Brand Name / Equal Agricultural Tractor Kubota M7060HDC12 • Equipment shall be furnished fully assembled, operational, and serviced. Two sets of Operators, Service, and Parts manuals for the tractor must be supplied. • Engine: Diesel with a minimum rating of 65 hp and not exceed 75 hp, liquid cooled Tier 4 with common rail fuel injection. Must have live independent PTO • Must have 16.2 gpm flow rate of hydraulics at 2770 psi Fuel Tank Capacity: 23 gal minimum capacity. Machine must be rubber tired with turf tires and 4wd with electro/hydraulic engagement of front wheel drive. Must have hydrostatic steering Must have hydraulic shuttle. Hydraulic system: 3500 psi max pressure • Must be capable of attaching to 3pt hitch cat 1 and 2 attachments. Must have enclosed cab with Heat, AC, Radio, front/rear/and lights, wipers, and full gauge package with warning lights. Must have tilt steering, horn, sun visor, left and right mirrors, and ROPS Must have quick attach bucket loader with a width of 84" • Must have grill guard Must have rear wheel weights as needed due to bucket loader. Must have 7 pin trailer connector 4. Information to help determine if the requirement for Agricultural Tractor Kubota M7060HDC12 is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information (e.g., market pricing, catalog pricing), delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, warranties, etc. 5. Identify how the Army can best structure these contract requirements to facilitate competition by and among small business concerns. 6. Identify any condition or action that may be having the effect of unnecessarily restricting competition with respect to this acquisition.
