The period of performance is for a 01 July 2019 - 30 June 2020 This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business, GSA Contract Holders under NAICS code 541620 Environmental Consulting; size standard is $ 15 Million Per Year and FSC/PSC of B510. In order to be eligible for award, business Offerors must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.
