The U.S. Government is seeking certified instructors and materials to deliver IFSAC/NFPA-accredited firefighter courses—including Fire Inspector, Fire Instructor I, Fire Officer I, Fire Department ISO, Pumper Apparatus Driver/Operator, Mobile Water Supply Apparatus Driver/Operator, and ARFF Apparatus Driver/Operator—at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This is a Sources Sought Notice for information and planning only, not an RFQ/RFP, and it does not commit the Government to contract or accept unsolicited proposals. The applicable NAICS is 611519 (Other Technical and Trade School, Firefighter training schools) with a $21.0 million size standard, and the Government intends to use a small business set-aside if at least two qualified small businesses respond with sufficient capability information. All small business socioeconomic categories are encouraged to identify their ability to meet the requirement at a fair market price. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached, and interested firms are asked to provide company and small-business status details, prime/subcontracting or teaming interest, relevant experience and certifications, any competition-restriction concerns, and recommendations to improve the PWS.
